Orders & payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. Checkout and payment are handled securely by Shopify; we never see or store your card details. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase — we may cancel and refund orders we can't fulfill (for example, if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error).

Intellectual property
All artwork, logos, game content, and text on this site are the property of Beta Games and its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
