Shipping

All orders ship from the United States. We pack and ship orders within 3–5 business days.

• US standard shipping: $5.99 — typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• International shipping: $14.99 — typically 10–21 business days after dispatch. Import duties or taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number once your package ships.

Returns & refunds

Not what you expected? You can return an unopened game within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (return shipping is the buyer's responsibility). Email contact@betagames.net with your order email and we'll send return instructions.

Arrived damaged or missing components? Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send replacement components or a replacement copy at no cost.

Order issues

Wrong address, need to cancel, or order never arrived? Reach out as soon as possible at contact@betagames.net — we can usually fix things before the package leaves.
